Steve has over 40 years of institutional real estate experience. He currently runs his family office, White Stone Associates. Prior, Steve was a founding partner of 35 South. He previously co-founded CapRidge and served as Senior Managing Director for TRS, where he was responsible for managing the $45 billion private equity and real estate portfolio.
